General Terms:
Upon receipt, we will verify the quantity and check the external condition of all spare parts and stores. If any discrepancies or damage are identified, we will document the issue with photographs and coordinate with your shipper regarding return or reshipment.
Q1: What happens if the packages arrive at the designated airport earlier than required?
We recommend that the time between arrival at Guangzhou Airport and onboard delivery does not exceed 30 days. We provide up to 30 days of free storage at our local warehouse. Storage beyond this period will be subject to additional charges.
Q2: What happens if the packages arrive at the designated airport later than required?
Packages should arrive at Guangzhou Airport at least four (4) working days prior to the scheduled onboard delivery. If the arrival is within a shorter timeframe, we will coordinate closely with you; however, additional charges may apply due to expedited handling.
Q3: What happens if items are found damaged upon receipt?
We will notify you immediately and coordinate the next steps with you to resolve the issue.
Q4: What happens if the packages are lost before arriving at the designated airport?
Please provide shipment tracking details as early as possible. We will monitor the shipment status and promptly inform you if any issues arise prior to arrival.
Q5: Can you procure spare parts and/or stores on our behalf?
Yes. We can source most general-purpose spare parts and stores. We maintain strong relationships with authorized suppliers and long-term cooperation with service engineers from various makers, particularly for radar, radio, and main engine equipment.
Q6: Can you handle chemicals, hazardous materials, or medicines?
These items can only be accepted under limited conditions. Please contact us in advance with full details if you intend to ship chemicals, hazardous materials, or medicines, so we can assess feasibility and compliance requirements.
